These Terms & Conditions apply to the CNM Mini Course Gift Voucher Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) run by the College of Naturopathic Medicine (“CNM”) Short Courses.
By entering, participants agree to the rules below.

- Eligibility
- Open to those aged 18+.
- Employees of CNM, partners, agencies, or their immediate family members are not eligible.
- No purchase necessary.
- Where the Giveaway Is Hosted
Participants may enter the Giveaway through ONE of the following official CNM social channels:
- Instagram – @cnmshortcourses
- Facebook (UK) – CNM UK
- Facebook (Ireland) – CNM Ireland
- LinkedIn – College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
All entries across platforms go into one combined draw.

All actions must be completed on the official giveaway post on each platform.
Participants may enter on one or multiple platforms.
Maximum of one entry per platform.
Each valid comment = one entry.
- Giveaway Period
The Giveaway opens on 11th December 8am and closes on 18th December at 23:59.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
- Prize
One winner will receive:
1 × CNM Mini Course Gift Voucher
Voucher currency will match winner’s location:
- UK/International winners receive a £GBP voucher
- Ireland winners receive a €EUR voucher
- Winner Selection
- All valid entries across all platforms will be collated into one list.
- One winner will be selected from this list at random.
- The winner will be contacted through the platform they entered on (DM for Instagram/Facebook; message or tag/DM on LinkedIn).
- The winner must respond within 48 hours.
- If no response is received within the timeframe, CNM reserves the right to select a new winner.
CNM will never request bank details or payment to claim the prize.
- Prize Delivery
- The prize will be delivered via email.
- A recipient email must be provided, so the voucher can be sent directly to them.
- Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The prize is governed by CNM’s standard gift voucher conditions:
Voucher Validity
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Cannot be redeemed after expiry.
Use of Promotional Codes
- Cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
Redemption
- Redeemable online only.
Refunds
- Non-refundable except for the 14-day cancellation period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- No cash alternative.
Where Voucher Can Be Used
- Online Mini Courses.
Transferability
- Not transferable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
- CNM is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers and cannot replace them.
Course Cancellation
- If CNM cancels a course, a new voucher with 12-month validity will be issued.
- If the voucher holder cancels, no refund is provided.
- Limitations of Liability
CNM is not responsible for:
- Technical errors, failed entries, or delayed submissions
- Inability of entrants to access or use any platform
- Any loss or disappointment resulting from entering the giveaway
- Data Protection
- No data will be shared with third parties.
- Managed under CNM’s Privacy Policy.
- General
- CNM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Giveaway at any time.
- CNM’s decision is final and binding.
- By entering, participants accept these Terms & Conditions.
